Things You Need To Know

HOW LONG HAS THE ULTIMATE PARTY BEEN IN BUSINESS?

Ultimate Party has been providing games, entertainment, and party rentals since 1999.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Squared, Money Orders & Cash.

I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH COMPANIES THAT CANCEL THE DELIVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT TO MY PARTY, HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU WON'T DO THE SAME?

Once you book an inflatable or any item from us, we'll send you a contract and that item(s) will be yours for the specified time on the contract.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?

We have a very large delivery area. There is a minimum rental amount of $150.00 to qualify for delivery.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRICES?

On the home page at the top button their is a tab labeled "Prices". Or go to the "Contact Us" tab, fill in your email address and a price list will be emailed to you directly. Please note that discounts may be applied based on the time of the year and/or day of the week of your event. Once we know the date of your party we can let you know what discounts you may qualify for if any.  If you're looking for a specified quote, please fill out our contact us form or call us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PROBLEM OCCURS AT MY EVENT AND IT'S AFTER HOURS?

We have a 24 hour emergency number that should be used for anyone that has a problem with equipment or services. The number  is 313-434-9232 and it is be listed on contract.

CAN ADULTS PARTICIPATE ON THE GAMES?

Yes, MOST of our games are perfect for adults! If it is a small inflatable, such as a 10' x 10', it isn't really appropriate for adults.  However, adults can go inside to help their child if needed.  If you are looking for a game specific to adults, there are many items that we offer that are adult appropriate; such as many of the items under the Interactive games section. 

CAN THE GAMES GO INSIDE?

Some of the inflatables can go inside.  It's only limited by how much room you have inside and how tall your ceilings are. Please note we are not responsible for taking or verifying measurements at indoor venues.

WHAT DO I DO IF IT RAINS OR IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

If you already have an inflatable setup in your yard and it starts to rain, you should turn the inflatable off until the rain stops.  If there are wind gusts that exceed 15 mph, the inflatable must be turned off for safety reasons.

CAN I COME TO YOUR FACILITY TO SEE THE GAMES DISPLAYED?

Our inflatables are rolled up and in storage.  We do not have a showroom to display these items. If you would like to see the item prior to you event please call for details and viewing options.

HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU RENT THE INFLATABLES FOR?

Rentals are for up to 8hrs. There is a 1 hour window for delivery.  Ex: del time 12pm we can deliver as early as 11am or as late as 1pm to deliver.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

 DO YOU OFFER ANY SPECIALS OR PACKAGE DEALS?

Depending on the time of year or day of the week of your event, we offer specials.  If you rent multiple items we frequently give discounts based on the number of items and what you are renting.

WHAT KIND OF SURFACE CAN THE INFLATABLES BE SETUP ON?

If your event is outdoors we always prefer for safety purposes to secure all items to grass. However, there are occasions where we must setup on cement. Please note we cannot secure all items to cement and we have an additional fee to secure select items with sandbags. All surfaces should be as flat as possible.  We are unable to setup items at the bottom or top of hills or up or down stairs. If your setup location is in question please call us BEFORE we deliver for clarification.

CAN I PICK UP THE INFLATABLE?

No, the inflatable must be delivered and set up by our trained and professional staff, to ensure safety.

WHAT DOES A “CLEAN 20AMP CIRCUIT” MEAN?

A clean 20amp circuit refers to a standard outlet with nothing else on that circuit/outlet.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS THE DAY OF MY PARTY?

Cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the rental date will not be penalized.  Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the rental date will be charged 25% of the total equipment rental cost for one day. Cancellations made at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the rental date will be charged 50% of the total equipment rental cost for one day.  Rental reservations not cancelled prior to the rental date will be charged one full day's rental cost for all equipment reserved. The Ultimate Party reserves the right to stop and or cancel an event at anytime if a threat to there employees, customers and equipment are present. ONCE A PARTY HAS BEEN DELIVERED, SET UP AND BROKEN DOWN FOR ANY REASON; THE EVENT IS CONSIDERED COMPETE.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EQUIPMENT WILL NOT FIT IN THE LOCATION I ORIGINALLY PLANNED FOR?

The delivery staff is highly trained to select the most suitable location for your inflatables. We will always try to accommodate any requests of our customers within reason. However, our staff makes the final decision to ensure safety of the unit and for all guests.

HOW OFTEN ARE INFLATABLES CLEANED?

We cleana all inflatables the day after they are used to assure a safe and healthy environment for your guests. All equipment staff members also carry a cleaning kit to be prepared for unforeseen touch up cleaning if needed.

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE INFLATABLES BEFORE IT ARRIVE?

  • There must be proper space available to safely set up all equipment. (sizes available at time of order)

  • The space selected is free and clear of any debris/ sharp items, trash or other items in the yard before the delivery. (our staff will NOT rearrange your yard!) This includes the removal of any animal waste.

  • There can no low power or electrical lines or tree branches that hang over the space you request the unit to be.

  •  All inflatables need to be within 100 Feet of their own EMPTY electrical outlet to adequately power the units. (They must stay plugged in all day) No power strips are to be used or additional extension cord added.

  • The surface that you wish to place the equipment on must be told to our staff at the time of order and can NOT be changed (Grass or Cement)

  •  Must be a flat surface free of slopes, stairs etc. If you feel your yard or preferred setup location does not meet these requirements, please call our office for further assistance.

  • You are responsible for the safety of all participants on inflatables during your event. 

  • All jumpers must remove their shoes before entering the unit 

  • To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED! 

  • Please see "Terms and Conditions" on your rental contract.
